
Every year we try to commit to a new New Year's resolution. The most common one used is the commitment to losing weight. Here is a smoothie recipe that you can add to your list of healthy foods. It's great for breakfast or a sweet late night snack.
Blackberry Smoothie
1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 cup frozen blackberries
tbsp honey
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite tall glass and Enjoy!
For more nutriments add 2 tsp wheat germ or flax seed powder.

This looks so good! I love smoothies but I hate how the seeds get all stuck in my teeth! LOL - hubs thinks it is pretty funny :)
